The experience with this trip is out of this world. It’s perfect in every way. From the Hotel choices, the Food included, the Optional excursions, the bus driver Eric and most importantly our Tour Director Steve Fowler. He is a Genius! His knowledge on the history and current events with every stop was Amazing! I’ve learned so many things. Plus, his patience and kindness is really cool. He has a good sense of humor, plus his treats of chocolates and stroop wafels…. Just Amazing!

Jocelyn planned a fantastic immersive experience for my family's first ever trip to Spain. Personal tours of the leading sights in Madrid, Toledo, Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda gave us a wonderful insight into the history of Spain and Andalusia, including the introduction to the gastronomic wonders which abound. Ballon ride in Cappadoccia Turkey was in my bucket list. The inner peace while I was up in the air was so profound . Like you’re getting near heaven …. A group of 50 was a lot in our BALTIC CRUISE group but Jocelyn managed to take care of us all. We are almost happy clients if not all. She took care of all our requests and listen to our experienced travelers. She was not with us physically in the cruise but she was always available for our complaints and reactions even there was a difference of time zones.

Jocelyn really went above and beyond for our honeymoon. She was really thoughtful and helpful with her advice and suggestions throughout the process. She was so accessible by email and phone for any questions we had. The prices for the flight, transfers, and all inclusive stay worked great within our budget. Gosh! I hate to put her in a grind but for the second time in a row Jocelyn was able to get me in a trip with a very short notice - less than 2 weeks! Just like the first time, she and ETS got me to join a group to the Holy Land. The trip had been planned for months and participants were required to register several months prior to the schedule BUT thank goodness I was able to join in less than 2 weeks of registration.
I was in a smaller group - 20 people - which was perfect. The tour hit a lot of historical sites and the tour guides were amazing! The information and details the provided for each location we visited were enlightening. It was a great trip and an experience I would never forget.
